Can I distribute case files to my students electronically? Can I post cases files to an LMS (Learning Management System)?

Permissions can be purchased by administrators and faculty to post cases online for student access. Once your order is placed, you can download the case files and upload them to a password protected LMS for the duration of the course (e.g. Canvas, Moodle, D2L, Learn, Blackboard). 

Distributing digital case files via email is prohibited.

Can I share my digital copy of the case with my colleagues?

Sharing of the case is not permitted due to copyright compliance. One copy must be purchased per person. Each case is only to be used by the individual as noted on the sidenote for the duration of the course.
