How do I reset my Ivey Publishing password?

  • From the Login screen, click Password Reset
  • Enter the email address associated with your Ivey Publishing account and instructions will be sent to you directly.

 

Still can’t access your account? Contact our Customer Support Team at cases@ivey.ca for assistance or if available, use our Live Chat feature. If you have an account with us, you can submit an online support ticket from within your My Account page as well.


How do I update my Ivey Publishing profile, password or address?


  • After logging in, click on your username on the top right and select My Account.
  • You can update your name, billing address, email and communication preferences here.
  • To update your password, click the Forgot Password? link on the login screen or within the My Account page. We will send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your Ivey Publishing account.

 

How do I view my Ivey Publishing order history?


Login to your account, click on your username on the top right and select My Orders.

 

Do I need to register for an Ivey Publishing account to place an order?


All users must register or be logged in to their existing account before placing an order.


How do I register for an Ivey Publishing account?


To register for an account, please click here. Choose from the following roles and determine the one that is most applicable to you: Bookstore, Corporate, Educator (includes faculty and administrative staff) and Student.

 

What is required to verify my account?


When registering for an account, select your organization from the list in the drop-down menu. Start typing your organization in the search field. If you cannot locate your institution, click on “Show All Results For…” to browse more organizations.  

 

For Educator/Bookstore accounts, enter your faculty profile URL or the contact details of your Department Head or Dean for verification of your credentials.

 

How long does it take to verify my Ivey Publishing account?


Student and corporate accounts are automatically verified upon registration. If you have requested academic approval, we will review your request within the two business days.

 

How do I activate my account?


After you register on our website, you will receive an email confirming your registration and another email to validate your account and set a password.
