How to order products on the Ivey Publishing website

  1. Go to the Ivey Publishing website – www.iveypublishing.ca
  2. Login to your existing account or Register for an account.
  3. Enter the product title on the top search bar for the required products. Select ‘1’ for quantity and then ‘Add to Cart’. For products with multiple versions, select format as “PDF” and Language as “English” before adding to cart.
  4. Go to ‘My Cart’ located at the top of the page, review your cart, and select ‘Checkout’.
  5. Enter your course information.
  6. Verify your contact information.
  7. Review your order.
  8. Enter your credit card information and then select ‘Submit Order’.
  9. Once you have completed your order, click on your username on the top right --> Orders --> Downloads
  10. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All orders are non-refundable. Please review your order thoroughly before purchasing to ensure you have selected the correct materials Access to your case files through your Ivey Publishing account will expire at the end of the course, so be sure to save a copy to your computer.
  • Payment methods accepted: VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
  • Please note that we do not accept debit cards or combination credit/debit cards.
