The second case conference offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to network and engage with case writers and educators in the region. A rich program includes a keynote speech, professional development workshops, panels, presentation sessions, and case development sessions led by seasoned case writers, educators, and Ivey Publishing. During case development sessions, participants will present their new case ideas and obtain detailed developmental feedback from experienced case mentors. The aim behind these mentor-participant case development sessions is to help participants move their cases forward to publication in The Case Hub, case publishers and distributors, or refereed journals.

Panel - Case Centers in the Region: Achievements, Challenges, and Plans Moving Forward
Panelist: Nadine de Gannes, PhD Faculty Director | Ivey Business School
This panel explores case centers in the region. Not only management theories were developed with mostly foreign data, but also most of the cases we use in our teaching are international. The absence of local context alienates our students from the material and widens the gap between practice and learning in our schools. Thus, regional case centers have a valuable role to play in developing locally relevant teaching materials. Our panelists come from prominent case centers in the Middle East region, and they will be sharing their experiences, achievements, challenges, and insights for the future.
