Join us for the first webinar in the Ivey Women Investing in Leadership Case Competition series. This 60-minute session brings together compelling research and candid student reflections to explore the persistent underrepresentation of women in business case studies.
Professor Colleen Sharen from Western University will share insights from her research, followed by a discussion with two business students about how the absence or misrepresentation of women in cases impacts their classroom experience and view of leadership.
We will also preview the upcoming IWIL case writing competition and explore how inclusive case writing can help shape a more equitable future in business education.
