LEARNING MATERIALS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Ivey Publishing is committed to providing accessible and inclusive learning materials to support students and instructors. We strive to ensure our business case studies are usable by all individuals, including those with disabilities, by aligning our practices with internationally recognized accessibility standards.
OUR CURRENT PRACTICES
PDF Accessibility
- Our PDF files are secured with Adobe Acrobat settings to protect the integrity of our content while keeping accessibility features fully enabled. Assistive technologies such as content copying and read-aloud functionality remain available to learners, ensuring broad and inclusive access.
- Headings and hyperlinks are structured to support clear, intuitive navigation.
- We are strengthening our practices through consistent use of alt text for images, charts, and tables, enriching the learning experience for every reader.
Alternative Formats
- Translations: Available upon request to make our materials accessible to a wider audience.
- Audio versions: Available in MP4 format when needed.
Limitations
- Some older PDFs may not yet reflect the full range of accessibility standards, but we are actively working to update them.
- Products provided by external partners may vary in accessibility. While we cannot guarantee full compliance, we share feedback and encourage best practices wherever possible.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Ivey Publishing reviews its accessibility policies annually and is committed to continuous improvement in both software and processes. Staff training and ongoing development efforts are central to this commitment, ensuring accessibility remains an integral part of our publishing practices.
