Andreas Schotter

Professor, International Business


Dr. Andreas Schotter is a Professor of International Business at the Ivey Business School in Canada. He is also a John H. Dunning Fellow at Henley Business School at the University of Reading in the UK and a Professor of International Business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). The Wall Street Journal has named him twice WSJ Distinguished Professor of the Year.

Colette Southam

Adjunct Professor, Finance


Colette Southam is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Ivey Business School and Associate Professor of Finance and Director of the Centre for Experiential Learning at Bond University (Australia) where she teaches International Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions using the case method. She also teaches finance at One League. Colette leads the Australian Business Case Network.

David Wood

Lecturer, Operations Management


David Wood is a faculty member in Operations Management at Ivey Business School and a graduate of both the HBA and MBA programs. He has extensive industry experience, having served as President of W. C. Wood Company and held roles in sales, marketing, and manufacturing. He is a former Executive Director of Ivey Publishing and has served as faculty director for the MBA and Accelerated MBA programs.

Fernando Olivera

Associate Professor, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Negotiations


Fernando Olivera is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Ivey Business School and faculty director of the Executive MBA Program. His research focuses on learning processes in organizations, including organizational memory and learning from errors.

Fraser Johnson

Professor, Operations Management


Fraser Johnson is the Leenders Supply Chain Management Association Chair at Ivey Business School, where he teaches supply chain and operations management. He directs the Ivey Purchasing Managers Index and has authored numerous articles and over 100 cases.

Gal Raz

Associate Professor, Operations Management & Sustainability


Associate Professor Gal Raz teaches Operations and Supply Chain Management at Ivey Business School. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, focusing on supply-chain management, sustainable operations, pricing, and government regulations. He has consulted on supply-chain management and sustainable operations globally.

Tiffany Bayley

Assistant Professor, Management Science


Tiffany is an Assistant Professor at the Ivey Business School. Her research interests include applying predictive and prescriptive analytics to designing engaging and effective business analytics pedagogy. As well, she has worked on applications of optimization modeling to supply chain and healthcare management problems.

Hubert Pun

Professor, Management Sciences


Dr. Hubert Pun is the Taylor & Mingay Chair and PhD Program Director at the Ivey Business School. He has received multiple teaching and research merit awards and has delivered numerous case workshops in different parts of the world since 2018. His case, General Motors: Supplier Selection for Innovation, was the runner-up for the Top Seller of the Year (2022-2023) at Ivey Publishing. Another of his cases, Royal Bank of Canada: Bitcoin Mining and Climate Change?, won the Finance & Banking category in the 2023 EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) Case Writing Competition.

Jason Nguyen

Assistant Professor, Operations Management, Sustainability


Jason Nguyen is an Assistant Professor in the Operations Management and Sustainability groups at Ivey. Prior to joining Ivey, Jason was a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the UNSW Business School, University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia and was a founding faculty at the College of Business and Management, VinUniversity Hanoi, Vietnam. He holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, US. M.Sc. in Operations Management from Singapore Management University and B.Eng in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Jury Gualandris

Associate Professor, Operations Management & Sustainability


Jury is an Associate Professor of Sustainability and Operations Management at Ivey Business School. His research explores how complex supply chains enhance economic and ecological performance, with a focus on sustainable supply chain design and transparency. He has published in top journals and received numerous awards for his impactful research and teaching.

Kanina Blanchard

Assistant Professor, Management Communications & General Management


Kanina Blanchard has over 35 years of experience in international business, public service, non-profits, and consulting. Specializing in leadership development, crisis management, and organizational challenges, she supports leaders at all levels. Her work blends practical expertise with academic research, focusing on responsible leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Karen MacMillan

Assistant Professor, Organizational Behaviour


Dr. Karen MacMillan is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behaviour at the Ivey Business School. She earned her M.A.Sc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo after which she entered industry for more than a dozen years, rising to senior management and consultancy roles. In order to further delve into the field of management, she then completed a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour at the Ivey Business School.

Kersi Antia

Professor, Marketing


Kersi D. Antia is a professor of marketing at the Ivey Business School, Western University, Canada. His research focuses on the governance of inter-organizational relationships - franchising, distribution channel relationships, and strategic alliances - and on digital marketing initiatives in business-to-business (B2B) relationships. He has assisted as an expert witness on distribution channels- and inter-organizational relationship-related issues in Asia, the US, and Canada, and has designed and delivered executive education courses, primarily in the medical devices and healthcare sectors.

Kyle MacLean

Assistant Professor, Management Science


Kyle is an Assistant Professor at Ivey Business School, specializing in Revenue Management for the live entertainment industry. His research examines the success factors for entertainment products and operational pricing decisions.

Klaus Meyer

Professor, International Business


Professor Meyer is a leading scholar in the field of international business conducting research on the strategies of multinational enterprises (MNEs), especially foreign entry strategies, in emerging economies, especially Eastern Europe and East Asia. A central theme of his research is the influence of local contexts on the strategies and operations of MNEs operating in emerging economies. 

Mary Weil

Lecturer, Management Communications


Mary Weil is a Lecturer in Management Communications at the Ivey Business School and Faculty Director of the HBA Program. She teaches Management Communications across HBA, MBA, MSc, and Executive Development programs. She received the 2015 EFMD Responsible Leadership case writing award and has written cases on corporate communication challenges.

Michael H. Taylor

Lecturer, Marketing


Michael Taylor is a member of the marketing faculty at the Ivey Business School. Joining Ivey in 2009 after 20 years in management roles with international companies, he specializes in marketing strategy, B2B marketing, and sales management. He has also taught in executive education programs and led complex projects, such as Key-Account Management and CRM system usability.

Nadine De Gannes

Assistant Professor, Managerial Accounting and Control & Sustainability


Nadine de Gannes has a PhD from the London School of Economics, her research focuses on executive compensation, ESG integration, and the role of accounting in power dynamics and organizational culture.

Ning Su

Associate Professor, General Management, Strategy & Information Systems


Professor Su is an expert on design and sourcing strategies, and qualitative research methods. His work explores the interaction between technologies and organizations, markets, societies, and policies in the digital age, based on in-depth field studies in diverse sectors, including financial services, professional services, public services, art and design, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing, across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.

Oana Branzei

Professor, Strategy & Sustainability


Oana Branzei is the Paul MacPherson Chair in Strategic Leadership and a Professor of Strategy and Sustainability at Ivey Business School. Oana leads Ivey’s ESG and SDG case curations, and heads the global Resilience lab, focusing on grand challenges across continents.

Rob Austin

Professor, Information Systems


Rob Austin is a professor of Information Systems at Ivey Business School and an affiliated faculty member at Harvard Medical School. He has held positions at Copenhagen Business School and Harvard Business School, authored 10 books, 100+ cases, and multiple online courses, and won the 2019 International Serious Play Gold Medal for his "Cyberattack!" simulation.

Scott Loveland

Lecturer, Operations Management


Scott Loveland is a faculty member in Operations Management at The Ivey Business School. Previously, he worked as an executive, management consultant, and engineer across various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, energy, and education.

Simon C. Parker

Professor, Entrepreneurship


Dr. Parker has published over 90 peer-reviewed articles and authored The Economics of Entrepreneurship (Cambridge University Press, 2nd Edition 2018). He advises the OECD on entrepreneurship policy and leads doctoral seminars globally. His case studies focus on challenges faced by Internet-based startups, including social media strategies.
