CampusCrave: Food Delivery

This exercise follows two entrepreneurial business students at Granville University who launch CampusCrave, a campus-based food delivery start-up that quickly gains popularity but soon struggles under the weight of operational chaos and disorganized data. Relying on Instagram messages and Google Sheets, the founders face mounting customer complaints, overwhelmed delivery staff, and missed opportunities to leverage their growing dataset. As requests to collaborate with the university and expand to other campuses come in, the team realizes that their system lacks the structure to scale or support data-driven decisions. The exercise challenges students to design a relational database that can streamline operations, enable analytics, and support strategic growth.
